Once upon a time, there was a girl who was always running. Running between work, responsibilities, deadlines and the hundred little things that make up everyday life.
Somewhere in between all of it, she stopped having time for herself. Her hair started falling.
“Ma, what should I do?”
“Make the oil the way I taught you.”
It was an old Ayurvedic method called Tail Paka — where herbs, seeds and oils are slowly cooked together over gentle heat, allowing the deep medicinal goodness of the ingredients to become part of the oil.
The girl looked at her mother. “Ma… but that takes ages. I don't have that kind of time.”
And that little conversation made her realise something profound.
Her mother had an answer for almost everything:
Simple things. Things that had quietly been passed down through generations. Yet somehow, as life became faster, these simple rituals became harder to fit into it.
Perhaps Ayurveda wasn't becoming irrelevant.
Perhaps we had simply become too busy for it.
And that was where SoulRishi began.
